Student Development Activities
1. Earn & Learn Scheme
Objectives:-
- To develop the students with the multifaceted personality with academic excellence.
- To help the students remove a big gap between rural and urban India.
- To make the students self- reliant for their higher education especially economically backward students.
- To inculcate in the student an idea that on work is small, big and it should be given top most priority.
- To make the students self-employed at the time of taking higher education.
- To help the poor meritorious and hardworking students to show their potentials.
The Earn and Learn Scheme is implemented every year in .K.P.G. College. The selection process of the students, who wanted to work under the scheme, was started in June 2017. Around 54 students were selected who were economical backward. They were given work at various departmental Library, Office, Ground, Garden, College Campus, Science Lab etc.
In this academic year 2017-18 the following number of students was given work and remuneration per month Rs. 45.

Objectives:-
- To develop the internal as well as external personality of the students.

Objectives:-
- To remove gender discrimination and provide equal opportunities to the girls like the boys.

- To attempt to solve their personal problems by arranging the guest lectures from lady experts.
